April and May have been very busy months for us. We are installing a Mitel phone system in a very large medical practice in South Florida. Dana is currently the one heading up that operation to make sure it's all going right. The main feature that this client was interested in was increasing their call accounting functionality. Before we came in to install this system, they were losing too many phone calls and as a direct result upsetting their customers. We're looking forward to streamlining their operation. We're also working in Historic Dodgertown. We're taking the time to upgrade all of their phone systems as well. Their main purpose in getting this done is to consolidate their corporate offices with all of their banquet facilities and their resort. In time they will be adding on their ticket offices and ball field as well. By doing this we're able to save them a tremendous amount of money on their telecommunications needs. To be more exact, we were able to save almost half from what their old carrier was charging them. We've also be awarded a contract to work in an assisted living facility in Tampa. With this project we're going to do voice and data cabling, a surveillance system, the wireless networking and the phone system. Needless to say we've been staying very busy making the most of our client’s telecommunications needs. We've also taken the time to create a new logo that I'm very excited about. Joy! Communications is also pleased to announce that we have a new senior project manager named James Bennett and we're very excited to work with him. He's got an extensive background in Mitel equipment so we're excited to turn him loose and see what he can do. We're constantly trying to get our technicians to get as much Mitel experience as possible. We also received as the Tigerpaw Partner of the Year Award. We'd like to thank everyone that was involved in this as it is a great honor to be recognized. In addition to this we're now the 3rd largest Mitel dealer in the state of Florida. It would seem that the sky is the limit here at Joy! Communications and we want to take the time to thank our wonderful staff and clients.
