Your email signature can give people a taste of your personality and the culture of your business. Not sure what to do for your email signature? Here are some basic do's and don'ts:
  •  Don’t make email recipients search for your web presence — provide links to your website and any relevant social media presence.
  •  Do keep the signature short and concise — rather than including every single form of contact in your signature, stick with three.
  • Don't overload with images, they may be suppressed by the recipient's email client or interpreted as spam.
