Comdial DSU Time Change Instructions

Note: Change the clock from the attendant's station — usually extension 10, 100, or the first extension in the extension number range (i.e., 200 for 200 to 299 range , etc.) — with handset resting on the cradle and the phone not in use.

  1. Press INTERCOM
  2. Dial * # 0 1
  3. Dial two digits (00 - 99) for year
  4. Dial two digits (01 - 12) for month
  5. Dial two digits (01 - 31) for day
  6. Dial two digits (00 - 23) for hour
  7. Dial two digits (00 - 59) for minutes
  8. Press SPEAKER to end

Comdial DX-80 Time Change Instructions

Software Revision F32 and later

From the attendant station or an phone with attendant password:

  1. Press Feature #0 from the telephone dialpad. You will be prompted to enter the Tenant Group number. This is typically 1, however it can be set for Tenant Group 1-3
  2. Press Save and enter in the attendant password (default is 9999), then press Show.
  3. Press the Next option until the display prompts you for the System Time. Press Show.
  4. The last 2 digits of the year will be displayed. If you do not need to change the year, press Next. If you need to change this value, press Chg, enter in two digits for the year and press Save then Next.
  5. The current month setting will be displayed. If you do not need to change the month, press Next. If you need to change this value, press Chg to cycle through the 12 months. When you reach the appropriate setting, press Next.
  6. The display will show the currently programmed day of the month. If you do not need to change the date, press Next. If you need to change this value, press Chg, enter in two digits for the date and press Save then Next.
  7. The day of the week (Sat – Sun) will now be displayed. If you do not need to change the day, press Next. If you need to change this value, press Chg to cycle through the days of the week. When you reach the appropriate setting, press Next.
  8. The current hour will be displayed. Press Chg and enter in two digits for the hour in military format.Press Save and Next.
  9. The display will now show the programmed minutes. If you do not need to change the minutes, press Next. If you need to change this value, press Chg and enter in two digits for the minutes (01- 59). Press Save then Next.
  10. You will be returned to the top level off System Time. To exit Attendant Administration, pres On/Off button twice.

Software Revision F2x

From any telephone:

  1. Press Feature # * and enter in your password. (Default password ########).
  2. Press Show and enter 08 14.
  3. Press Save then Show.
  4. The option to change the Year will appear. If you do not need to change the year, press Next. If you need to change this value, press Chg, enter in two digits for the year and press Save then Next.
  5. The option to change the Month will appear. If you do not need to change the month, press Next. If you need to change this value, press Chg, enter in two digits for the month and press Save then Next.
  6. The option to change the Day will appear. If you do not need to change the date, press Next. If you need to change this value, press Chg, enter in two digits for the date and press Save then Next.
  7. The option to change the Weekday will appear. If you do not need to change the weekday, press Next. If you need to change this value, press Chg, to select the weekday, and press Next.
  8. The option to change the Hour will appear. Press Chg and enter in two digits for the hour in military format. Press Save then Next.
  9. The option to change the Minutes will appear. Press Chg and enter in two digits for the minutes and press Save.
  10. Press the On/Off button to take the phone out of programming mode.

Comdial FX Time Change Instructions

Comdial Impact Time Change Instructions

The Clock is changed from the attendant's station.

With the handset in the cradle:

  1. Press intercom key
  2. Dial * # 0 * 0 1
  3. Dial two digits (01 – 12) for month
  4. Dial two digits (01 – 31) for day
  5. Dial two digits (00 – 99) for year
  6. Dial two digits (00 – 23) for hour
  7. Dial two digits (00 – 59) for minutes — Example: 8:15 = 2015
  8. Dial # to save
  9. Press speaker to end

Mitel 200 / 200 ICP Time Change Instructions

Note: You must use a Superconsole or the 4150 Sub-Attendant telephone (not just any 4150; it has to be programmed as a sub-attendant).

From a Superconsole Phone:

To Set the Time:

  1. Press Function
  2. Press [ATT Function]
  3. Press [Set Time]
  4. Enter the current time using four digits (hh:mm) (Ex: Enter 0930 for 9:30)
  5. Press [PM] if applicable ([PM] appears only if the system is set to 12-hour format, and the hour entered is in the range 01-12.)
  6. Press [Set] ([Set] appears only if the time has been entered correctly. You can use the back arrow key to make corrections.)
  7. Press [Exit]

To Set the Date:

  1. Press Function
  2. Press [ATT Function]
  3. Press [Set Date]
  4. Enter the current date in day/month/year format (Ex. Enter 121299 for December 12, 1999)
  5. Press [Set]
  6. Press [Exit]

From a 4150 Sub-Attendant Phone:

To Set the Time:

  1. Press the SUPERKEY
  2. Press the More softkey three times
  3. Press the Time softkey
  4. Enter the time in the indicated format
  5. Press the AM or PM softkey (if necessary)
  6. Press the Save softkey

To Set the Date:

  1. Press the SUPERKEY
  2. Press the More softkey three times
  3. Press the Date softkey
  4. Enter the date in the indicated format
  5. Press the Save softkey

Mitel 3300 Time Change Instructions

Note: Time and date on the Mitel 3300 system are changed from the system's web interface.

  1. Log into the web interface with the administrative username and password
  2. Select the Group Administration Tool
  3. Select "Change Date and Time"
  4. Adjust date and time as required
  5. Select "Exit" from the drop down menu
  6. Click OK to continue
  7. Exit the system

NEC Electra 824 Time Change Instructions

  2. Dial 9

The instructions for changing the time are the same for these systems.

NEC PRO Level I & II Time Change Instructions

  1. Press FNC button
  2. Dial 9 #
  3. Enter the hour and minute by using the dial pad
  4. Press RECALL button to change AM / PM setting
  5. Press HOLD button to change to calendar settings
  6. OR Press FNC button to exit
  7. Press RECALL to select day of week
  8. Press # to move the cursor to day of month field
  9. Enter day of month by using dial pad
  10. Press RECALL button to select month
  11. Press # to move the cursor to the year field
  12. Enter last two digits of year by using dial pad.
  13. Press FNC to exit

Samsung iDCS Time Change Instructions

Note: You must use a display keyset.

  1. While on-hook, press TRSF and then dial 200 (Display: [ENABLE CUS. PROG. PASSCODE]).
  2. Dial the four digit passcode (Display: [ENABLE CUS. PROG. – DISABLE]).
  3. Dial 1 to enable (Display: [ENABLE CUS. PROG. – ENABLE]).
  4. Press TRSF. The keyset returns to its idle condition.
  5. Press TRSF and then dial the three digit program code for date and time change – 505
  6. Enter the new time and date using the following format:
    W (Day of the week): Enter 0 for Sunday and 6 for Saturday
    MM (Month): Enter 01 for January and 12 for December
    DD (Day of the month): Enter a number in the range of 01-31
    YY (Year): Enter the last two digits of the year
    HH (Hours): Use the 24 hour clock and enter a number in the range of 00-24
    MM (Minutes): Enter a number in the range of 00-59
    Note: Failure to enter the time using the 24 hour clock will cause the date to change at 12:00 P.M.
  7. Verify the time and date and reenter them if necessary
  8. Press TRSF to store and exit programming
