Phone Service
Our office was experiencing phone problems with crossed lines for approx. 3 weeks.
To make sure the problem was not an internal wiring problem, but truely a problem
with AT&T, we called Joy to check our our lines. They showed up on time and
were extremely professional. The tech then called AT&T for us, got a list of
all our work orders and explained the problem. Thanks to the help with the Joy tech,
AT&T was able to correct our problem that same day. Thanks Joy for your help!!!

Outstanding Service

Whenever we call they always try to get to us the same day but if not it is usually

Moving our phone system
My mother has been in the real estate business for over 40 years. We were planning
to down size our office and needed someone to change our phone system from a multi-line
rotary systems to just a single business line with a fax-DSL line. The tech from
Joy! Communications was very promp- came even early. We told him
what we needed and he immediately know what to do. He was very fast and told us
what he had done and even labeled the lines where they were connected. He did the
work in a much shorter time then we expected. He was very polite and we were well

On December 12, 2006 our phone system suddenly was disabled. We called Joy!
Communications and Joe was out to our site within an hour. He isolated
the problem within a matter of minutes. A line had been cut due to construction.
Joe had us up and running within a half hour and also made sure every one of our

in Sebring, Florida for phones and computers, and then moved our phone system, after
