Our office was experiencing phone problems with crossed lines for approx. 3 weeks. To make sure the problem was not an internal wiring problem, but truly a problem with AT&T, we called Joy to check our lines. They showed up on time and were extremely professional. The tech then called AT&T for us, got a list of all our work orders and explained the problem. Thanks to the help with the Joy tech, AT&T was able to correct our problem that same day.
