Stuart, FL – July 15, 2007 — Joy! Communications, the region's leader in business communications, announced today that the company's President, Peter Engle, presented his views on Customer Satisfaction at an industry conference hosted by GreatAmerica Leasing Corporation. The two-day conference was held last month in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
