Peter Engle, President and CEO of Joy! Communications, Presents His Views on Customer
Satisfaction at an Industry Conference
Stuart, FL – July 15, 2007 — Joy! Communications, the region's

Peter Engle, presented his views on Customer Satisfaction at an industry conference
hosted by GreatAmerica Leasing Corporation. They are an organization dedicated to
helping telecommunication companies achieve greater success by offering financing
and business-related services. At the conference Engle shared his expertise on the
Joy! Communications Customer Satisfaction Program. This program ensures that his
company's commitment to quality service permeates the organization. The Customer

technician. The two-day conference was held last month in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

the overall customer experience.
