Joy Communications Acquires ANTEC Communications in West Palm Beach, Florida
Stuart, FL – December 16, 2005 — Peter J. Engle, President and
CEO of Joy Communications announced that the company has acquired ANTEC Communications
Inc. based in West Palm Beach.
The acquisition of ANTEC Communications, Inc., a Samsung Partner located in West
Palm Beach, Florida allows Joy Communications to expand its existing customer base
in the Palm Beaches and Boca Raton markets. ANTEC Communications, Inc. is a leading
Samsung solutions provider which has serviced the local community since the mid
1980’s with a base of almost 2,000 customers.
"This acquisition of ANTEC Communications really increases our footprint in the
Palm Beaches," Engle said. "This acquisition follows our recent acquisition of another
Samsung dealer in Miami and demonstrates our commitment to supporting our multi-location
