Stuart, FL – February 27, 2006 — Peter J. Engle, President and
CEO of Joy Communications announced that the company has acquired AFTEL FLORIDA,
Inc.
The acquisition of AFTEL FLORIDA, Inc., a Samsung Platinum Partner based in Fort
Lauderdale and Orlando, allows Joy Communications to expand its existing customer
base in the Fort Lauderdale-Miami and Orlando-Jacksonville markets. AFTEL FLORIDA,
Inc. is a leading Samsung solutions provider which has serviced the local community
since 1984 with a base of more than 2,000 customers.
