. . . Vickie Armbruster, Office Manager
Have you ever worn 6 hats at the same time? Vickie does, she's the office manager
for Joy! Communications. She also handles dispatch, accounts receivable, collections,
purchasing, and approves quotes before they go out to the customers.
Odds are, when you call, you talk to Vickie at some point. So how did Vickie get
to Joy?
Vickie began her career in the telecom industry in 1993. She worked at the same
company in Pompano Beach, FL for 13 years, until Pete Engle acquired the company
in 2006. Vickie stayed on and continued there in her role until October 2011, at
which point she relocated to the Stuart, FL Headquarters location.
Certified on most of the Samsung products sold by Joy, Vickie often acts as the
front-line for troubleshooting and problem solving. Any time she's able to handle
an issue over the phone and prevent a tech from having to be dispatched, she's doing
a service to both the company and the client.
