Data Services Technician
Required:
- 2-3 years minimum experience in a help desk or system administration capacity
- Solid understanding of Windows XP, MS Office, Server 2003, Active Directory, and
LAN networking
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
Preferred:
- Current Microsoft, Cisco and/or CompTIA certification
- MS Exchange administration experience
- Understanding of IP subnetting
- Working knowledge of Citrix
